Fairmont students raise money for Haiti relief

Some Boise schools are starting, or trying to start, fund-raising efforts to help victims from the Haiti Earthquake. One such school is Fairmont Jr. High on Cole Road.

This week, students are distributing donation jars to classrooms at the school, said teacher Karen Andreason. She says the students are moved by the plight of the people in Haiti after the devastating earthquake and want to help in some way.
