Police have arrested two more people over the weekend on felony DUI charges.
Authorities say on Saturday at about 10 p.m. near Chinden and Five Mile, they found a vehicle driven by Conner Hoy that had struck a large ACHD traffic control box.
Boise Police were called by the victim to a fight in the neighborhood southwest of S. Latah St. and Alpine St just after midnight this morning.
