BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Oregon State Police have cited the driver of a semi truck after the tanker it was pulling rolled Sunday on Highway 201 North of Ontario, Oregon.

The tanker trailer was holding milk, and officials believe about 100 gallons spilled on the road after the crash, causing the highway to be partially blocked for about an hour.

OSP says James Tellez, 39, of Kuna was driving east on Hyline Road when he didn't stop for a stop sign while trying to turn onto Highway 201, which caused the tanker to overturn.

Tellez was cited for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device.
