MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota man who was arrested in the same type of sex sting as Senator Larry Craig has been acquitted.
The Idaho Statesman says 39-year-old Vince Tuzon used the same argument that Craig did.
He claims the police officer initiated the foot-tapping and a county jury agreed.
The man's lawyer says his client was set up and "essentially bombarded with overtures" in the stall.
An airport spokesman says they were "disappointed" with the verdict.
You'll probably remember Craig was arrested June 11th in the same operation.
The Idaho Senator first pleaded guilty, but is trying to withdraw that plea.
