BOISE - "Cyber Monday" has been considered the beginning of the online shopping frenzy. Typically, shoppers who cannot find what they're looking for in stores and malls will end up clicking to the Internet. And this year more online retailers are offering free shipping and coupons. And they're hoping Cyber Monday will be a bright spot for a challenging holiday season.

About 56 percent or 73 million people with Internet at work will shop online at the office, which is up 11 percent from three years ago. But it's not all a rosy picture.

According to a Wall Street Journal survey, about 47 percent say they'll buy fewer gifts.
