Police say this house in Caldwell is where the alleged murder occurred over the weekend.
CALDWELL — Police say a man in his 30s was shot and killed over the weekend inside a Caldwell home.
Caldwell Police Department Patrol Lt. Dave Wright says officers were dispatched to the home at about 3 p.m. on Saturday. The Canyon County coroner identified the victim as Jason Neagle, 33.
The crime scene is located at 1108 E. Ustick. Detectives said they feel they recovered valuable evidence at the scene.
Preliminary information indicates this was a homicide and that the victim died of a single gunshot wound. Caldwell Police says officers have spoken to the other people who were in the home at the time of the shooting. They are not looking for a suspect at this time.
