EAGLE - Firefighters responded to an early morning wildfire in Ada County on Monday. The fire burned near Floating Feather and Horsehoe Bend Roads.
The blaze prompted the voluntary evacuation of more than a dozen homes in the area.
No structures were damaged. Investigators believe lightning may have caused the blaze. More than 200 acres were burned.
Firefighters will remain on scene throughout the day to watch for flare-ups.
