COTTONWOOD — Idaho Department of Correction officials say an inmate who escaped from the North Idaho Correctional Institution in Cottonwood sometime late Monday night or early Tuesday morning has been captured in Nampa.
Nineteen-year-old Emmanuel Jones, who is serving time on charges of burglary and eluding a police officer from Canyon County, was reported missing from the north-central Idaho prison at 1:55 a.m.
The Idaho County Sheriff's office says Jones was captured by the Nampa Police Department at about 10 a.m.
