Four arrested for lewd conduct
BOISE - Several Treasure Valley residents have been arrested for lewd conduct with a minor in the past few days.

  • Boise Police arrested Jonathan and Melissa Tolman of Boise for lewd conduct with a minor. Authorities say Jonathan and Melissa had inappropriate contact with a juvenile female under the age of 15.

    That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

    The incident allegedly occurred in July, however, it wasn't reported to authorities until September.

  • Ricardo A. Ribas, 26, was arrested for lewd conduct with a minor. The arrest warrant stems from incidents that took place during May of this year, police say. At that time, evidence indicates the suspect had inappropriate contact with a juvenile female under the age of 15 at an apartment and in a vehicle.

  • Donald Morton Jr, 47, Garden City, was arrested Saturday. Boise Police received a report of a sexual assault that had allegedly taken place in a home in southwest Boise Saturday. Witnesses tell police the suspect assaulted a child under 10 years old at the home.

    Police say Morton fled the scene when officers arrived. The suspect was located later that evening at approximately 10 p.m. and booked at the Ada County Jail.
