Idaho car dealership finds 23-pound block of pot inside new car
LEWISTON - A local car dealership got more than they bargained for when a shipment of new cars came into Lewiston Monday night.

Police said a 23-pound bale of marijuana was just sitting in the back seat of a car which originally came from Mexico.

Captain Tom Greene said the bale was wrapped in foil and packaging and was discovered by dealership employees.

Police did not immediately identify the dealership. The investigation is continuing.

Police have the 23 pounds of pot in evidence.

Greene said the incident was a first for Lewiston Police.
