COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho (AP) — Officials at the Human Rights Education Institute in northern Idaho say a swastika decal was pasted on their front door.

Director of Operations Donna Cork reported the incident to Coeur d'Alene police on Thursday.

Cork says the sticker conveys a threat.
