Ontario Police say Araceli Hernandez, 56, was found dead early Tuesday morning at 1371 S.W. 8th Ave., in Ontario. The body was found after a concerned family member notified the police department.
Authorities say a 32-year-old man, Antonio Villa, will be charged for the homicide. Villa is currently in the Malheur County Jail.
