Idaho Ag prices take a huge dive
BOISE - Idaho farmers sold $5.4 billion in products in 2009 – a 17 percent drop from the year before, and the largest one-year decline in decades.

The newly released report from the University of Idaho indicates higher receipts for sugarbeets, barley, potatoes and onions helped cover an even bigger plunge.

Researchers say promising greenhouse and nursery crop sales also helped.
