Boise Police says on Monday morning a witness told officers that Ildefonso Robledo, 21, had sexual contact the girl while she slept, which eventually woke her up. Detectives say they arrested the Boise man based on evidence collected at the scene.
Robledo has been charged with lewd conduct with a child.
