PORTLAND, Ore. - A pro-pot billboard that was cut down only days after it went up is back with a new look.

The new billboard at Southwest 13th and Alder was put up by the Marijuana Policy Project. It now has a banner stating 'the truth cannot be destroyed.'

The original billboard claimed that marijuana was safer than wine or beer, but days after it went up someone cut the ropes.

Neighbors initially complained because the billboard was near an alcohol treatment facility.
