BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Jackets, pants and gloves are some of the hot sellers at The Boardroom, a business on State Street that caters to snowboarders.

Senior staff member Nathan Alseth said recent business has been "absolutely phenomenal." He added it "kind of feels like it's holiday season again around here."

Workers say they've discounted prices just because it's snowing.
"It's just kinda the right time because we're actually finally getting snow up at Bogus," said Caleb Reinhart, a student at Meridian Middle School. "(I'm) thinking about going to other places, so I just think it's a really good time... people are starting to pick up stuff for their boards."
Reinhart picked up new union bindings for his snowboard.
"The new snow's encouraging people to get out and keep their mind on skiing," said Herb Kaup of Boise. "Winter isn't over yet."
Alseth wouldn't say how many customers The Boardroom has had the past few days but did describe the amount as "oodles."
