NAMPA, Idaho (KBOI) – Nampa police say 26-year-old Pedro Martin Junior was shot dead in a Walgreens parking lot in Nampa early Sunday morning, and now three of four suspects for the homicide are in custody.

Officers narrowed in on some leads Monday night and found James Whitewater while conducting a traffic stop near Middleton. Whitewater is behind bars at the Canyon County Jail facing charges of first degree murder with a firearms enhancement and with aggravated battery with a firearms enhancement. Whitewater will face a judge later today.

Natalie Whitewater and Wayne Canaday were also found Monday night. Officers say their investigation led them to a home in Caldwell. They where arrested a short time after 7:30 p.m. at a house on Cooper Court. Police say both of them are facing charges with aiding and abetting aggravated battery.

Nampa Police said it was the work of about six agencies that helped narrow in on the three people.

Officers are still looking for Allison Yancey, who has a warrant for her arrest, on charges of aiding and abetting aggravated battery.
