Booze leads to two arrests for Boise man in two days, BPD says

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A 38-year-old Boise man has been arrested two times in less than two days.

Boise Police says a drunk Sean A. Nihill's first felony arrest occurred early Monday morning when he got into a fight outside a bar. When he was taken to a local hospital to get checked out, officials say he kicked an officer in the legs while being restrained.

He was booked on a felony battery on an officer charge.

His second run in with Boise PD, officials say, occurred Tuesday night at about 10 p.m. when he threatened a man with a knife and hit him in the chest. BPD says Nihill got onto the victim's chest and threatened him with the blade. Police were able to track him down soon after.

Nihill was booked on aggravated assault (felony) and misdemeanor battery.
