GARDEN CITY, Idaho (KBOI) - Three people were busted on drug-related charges after police spotted a broken brake light on a vehicle.

Garden City PD said Friday a sergeant on patrol near Veterans Memorial Parkway and Adams spotted a Ford Focus with a bad light break light. After pulling the driver, Kyle James Todd, over, police say he started acting nervous and tried to hide a backpack.

A police K9 alerted on the vehicle for the likely presence of drugs. Officers later searched the vehicle and found 11 syringes, a scale, a gram of meth and four grams worth of pot.

Police arrested Todd, and his two passengers Joshua Dutil, 32, and Amy Fellom of Garden City.
