KETCHUM, Idaho (AP) - A south-central Idaho man wanted on a warrant alleging he shot another man in the oil patch city of Williston, N.D. has been arrested in Idaho and is jailed on $250,000 awaiting extradition.

The Idaho Mountain Express reports 37-year-old William Arthur Owens was arrested on May 23 at a bar in Bellevue.

Court records say Owens is charged with shooting 25-year-old Kenneth Moore Jr. of Boise multiple times early on March 10, in a vehicle outside a Williston apartment complex.
