Nampa woman arrested DUI with children inside vehicle, police say
NAMPA, Idaho - On August 31, 2014 at approximately 1200, the Nampa Police Department was dispatched to the 2100 block of 12th Ave Road to report an intoxicated woman attempting to leave the parking lot of a local business with her two small children in a vehicle.

When Nampa Police arrived, a DUI investigation was conducted. The female driver, 33 year old Lisa Pollock of Nampa, admitted to consuming alcohol beverages prior to driving. Surveillance videos from the local business showed Pollock entering the parking lot and exiting her vehicle with two children.

Pollock failed all field sobriety tests that were offered. She later provided a breath sample that was more than four times the legal limit. The legal limit is .08 to operate a motor vehicle in Idaho.

Pollock was charged with DUI excessive and two counts injury to a child. Pollock was booked into the Canyon County Jail. Pollock’s children were taken into protective custody.
