Dutch Bros. robber points finger, says he was armed

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A Dutch Bros. coffee stand on Broadway Avenue had just opened for the morning Thursday, when a man walked up and demanded cash. Boise Police officers say the robber pointed his finger out of his coat, and said he was armed.

Police are not sure if he was or not.

The man ran off with the cash and has not been seen since. The cashier says he ran into a nearby neighborhood. Boise Police officers, assisted by Meridian Police's K9 team searched the neighborhood but could not find the man.

Officers ask if anyone in the area who sees or hears anything suspicious to call police. They said no one got hurt during the robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to call 343-COPS.
