Three arrested after Caldwell gas station shooting

CALDWELL, Idaho (KBOI) – One man has been hospitalized after an apparent gang-related shooting at a Caldwell gas station early Friday morning.

Witnesses say several shots were fired at the Jackson’s Food Store on Montana Avenue near Syringa Middle School.

Officials say the man who was shot was taken to West Valley Hospital by an acquaintance.

A vehicle left the scene and went to an apartment complex close by, but police say three people were later taken into custody. (Photos from the Scene >>>).

Caldwell PD has identified the suspects as Andres Rodriguez, Lisa Gutierrez and Cesar Rojas.

Rodriguez has been charged with resisting and obstructing an officer. Gutierrez faces possession and resiting charges while Rojas has been booked on aggravated battery.

The man hospitalized is described to have non-life threatening injuries.
