Walgreens in Ontario robbed
ONTARIO, Oregon - On Friday, March 28th at approximately 9:25pm, Officers responded to Walgreens Pharmacy in Ontario, Oregon regarding a robbery that had just taken place.

Two Black males had entered the store and would rob the pharmacy of an undisclosed amount of cash and pharmaceutical drugs. One subject made indications he was armed, but a
weapon was not observed. No one was injured in the incident.
The subjects fled the store by unknown means and remain at large.

The Ontario Police Department was assisted in the investigation by Malheur County Sheriff’s Office and Oregon State Police.

The first individual is described as being approximately 5’09, heavy set, wearing a dark blue or black hoodie. The second is approximately 6’01-02, wearing a red hoodie and having scruffy facial hair.

The Ontario Police Department is comparing this incident to a similar robbery in Boise in February and will be contacting Boise Police Department. That incident occurred on Monday, February 24th and suspects fled in a blue vehicle, possibly a Mazda with a spoiler and stock spoke wheels.
