Sean Carnell pleaded guilty to robbery, aggravated battery, first degree arson, battery with intent to commit serious felony, aggravated assault earlier this month.
According to the prosecutor in this case, as bad as the video may look, there was no felony committed. The female inmate is still in the Elmore County Jail. She was brought into the sentence hearing for Robison but she did not want to make a statement. She would not talk about what happened

Boise PD says employees at a bus station in downtown Boise smelled marijuana from one of the bags under the bus.
Boise Police says officers were called to a restaurant on the 7300 block of W. State Street on Saturday. The victim told police that they complained about poor service, but were then hit in the face by 29-year-old Truc Huynh.

Boise Police officers say they were called to a home on North Five Mile Road near Faiview after an anonymous tip reported drugs were being used in the house in the presence of children.
Authorities say a patrol officer spotted two men fighting in Ann Morrison Park on Sunday afternoon. The officer stopped the fight and started questioning the two men when police say Gwynn Boyd (aka Muller) interrupted the conversation.
"As I got closer, I seen all the blood drops down on the ground, and then I looked in the car and I seen the center console was very bloody and the door panel was bloody and the keys were just sitting right on the seat," said Sarah Schaber.
