Court docs: Haunted house worker busted for sex with teen
CALDWELL, Idaho - An Oregon registered sex offender has been charged with sexual battery of a teen.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Joshua James Stueckle, 28, drove to the Caldwell Rotary Ponds on Chicago Street with a 16-year-old female on Tuesday evening.

The teen told police that the two had sexual contact, according to court documents obtained by KBOI-TV.

Police were later notified of the alleged conduct and interviewed the teen. Police say they recorded a conversation between Stueckle and the 16-year-old talking about their sexual experience at the pond, the documents state.

Police later located Stueckle while he was working at the Haunted World in Caldwell, which designates itself as the largest haunted attraction in the northwest.

In a separate police affidavit, officials also allege Stueckle had a second sexual relationship with another 16-year-old teen in the area. Court documents say the 28-year-old, who was living in Spokane at the time, drove to Caldwell after meeting the girl on an online wiccan website.

He later apparently lived in a tent outside of the teen's residence for a while before finding an apartment. Stueckle says in the documents that he had the teen's father's permission but did not know Idaho's age of consent laws.

According to the affidavit, the suspect is a registered sex offender out of Oregon.
