The IRS has announced when people can expect to receive economic stimulus payments through the mail. The payments will begin in May and continue through July.

BOISE -  The Internal Revenue Service announced Monday that it would begin sending economic stimulus payments starting in May.

The initial round of weekly payments will be completed by early July.  The IRS also announced the availability of a new online calculator to help people determine the amount of their stimulus payments.

Stimulus payments will be sent out in the order of the last two numbers of the Social Security number used on the tax return.
