BOISE - The Idaho Fish and Game Commission is considering five hunting rule changes, including three that would benefit disabled hunters.
One of the proposed rules would allow visually impaired hunters to use nonmagnifying scopes during muzzleloader-only hunts. Another would allow hunters with senior combination or disabled combination licenses to participate in leftover youth-only deer and elk controlled hunts.
The public can comment on the proposed changes until July 14. The proposed rules are posted on the Idaho Fish and Game Web site.
