"Local Traffic" burning out Boise's fire victims
BOISE - Sweetwater Drive is a declared disaster area. But for some people it's a great photo.

This isn't a story about the neighbors. It's about the un-neighbors. Not the police officers patrolling the neighborhood, or the disaster crews busy picking up the pieces. The un-neighbors are all the quote "friends, distant relatives, or just onlookers" that really don't have any reason to be around.

The sign at both ends of Sweetwater Drive couldn't be clearer, "Road Closed." CBS 2 Eyewitness News found it was anything but. Fire victims say their street is busier than ever with more cyclists, walkers and drive-by gawkers. They say they're concerned about looting, and some stay up at night to keep an eye on their belongings.
