MERIDIAN (AP) - It's not yet clear how Palin feels about drilling for oil in Alaska or the nation's economic crisis, because no matter how much you might ask, she's not talking.

But who could blame her? She's such a baby, after all.

Little Palin Brinli Hurst was born to Meridian residents Tyler and Crystal Hurst on Oct. 5.

Tyler Hurst said he decided to name his little girl Palin after watching Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin give her speech at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis.

He called his wife from the convention and pitched his proposed domestic policy, and she agreed.
