BOISE - Now that all 50 United States state quarters have been minted and are in mass production, many Americans are voting and debating which quarter is the best, and, in Idaho's case, the worst.
According to WalletPop.com, Idaho's quarter, which features a peregrine falcon, an outline of the state with a star for the capital in Boise, and the state's motto -- Esto Perpetua, or ''let it be perpetual" has been voted as the least liked quarter out of all 50 state designs.
Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne chose the design in 2006 shortly before leaving his job as Idaho governor to become interior secretary.
About 550 million Idaho quarters have been minted.
The Associated press contributed to this report.
