Teacher indicted for sexual contact with student
BOISE - A Borah High School pyschology teacher has been indicted by an Ada County grand jury on eight counts of sexual battery with a student.

The eight counts stem from Michelle Farley's alleged sexual contact with a 17-year-old minor between May and October this year.

The crime of sexual battery of a 16 or 17-year-old is punishable by up to life in prison. Farley is scheduled to appear in distrcict court in Ada County on Jan. 12 for an arraignment. She's currently on paid administrative leave.

The teacher cannot have any contact with minors other than her children.
