Police looking for hit and run suspect
BOISE - Authorities with the Boise Police Department are looking for the driver involved in an alleged hit and run incident.
Police say the driver was following two cyclists near 6th and Grove in downtown about at about 7 p.m. Saturday. They say the driver was honking his horn and then zipping around the riders. The driver then slammed on his brakes and one of the bicyclists slammed into the back of his car.
Witnesses say he then drove off. The bicyclist suffered only minor injuries.
Police say the driver is a white male and had a woman with him. They were in a newer black 4-Door Dodge Charger.
