Pearson's wife, Connie, tells CBS 2 Eyewitness News the 58-year old left his south Nampa home and got lost while driving in the Owyhee Mountains. He was able to reach a high point and call for help on his cell phone, and the Owyhee County Sheriff's Department found him a short time later.
Pearson's family say they want to send their thanks to the searchers for their help and everyone for their prayers.
