Wolf hunters stumble upon big pot grow
BOISE - Officials say a couple wolf hunters in Boise County discovered a large pot grow last weekend a few miles south of Lowman.

On Monday authorities went to the area and confirmed the finding.

Deputy Chief Dale Rogers with the Boise County Sheriff's office says he and another deputy went to the area to investigate and could hear four Spanish speaking men in the area. After hiding in the forest, the two left to later come back with more help.

On Wednesday, a tactical team went to the pot grow and found 1,337 growing plants and about two miles of plastic tubing. The four men were not there.

The marijuana is estimated to be worth about $4 million.
