Sen. Craig's aides receive big loyalty bonuses
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Loyalty pays dividends for the staff of former Idaho Senator Larry Craig.

According to the The Idaho Statesman, payroll records show top aides received big bonuses, as high as $36,000, if they stayed onboard from the fall of 2007 through his retirement in January, 2009.

Craig spent 27 years representing the state in the House and Senate. It all started to unravel when he pleaded guilty after a sex sting arrest in a Minnesota airport bathroom on June 11, 2007.
