GARDEN CITY - Police say a third person wanted in connection with the murder of Irving Romero has turned himself in.

In October Romero was shot in the back at the Poplar Trailer park on October 19th in Garden City.

A warrant was issued Monday for Cristian Alberto Gonzalez, 22, of Nampa. He is charged with Threats and Intimidation of a State's Witness. Bond was set at $500,000.

Garden City Police said Thursday afternoon that he turned himself in at about noon.

Cristian Gonzalez is the half brother to Carols M. Navarette who is in custody at the Ada County Jail awaiting trial for the alleged murder of Romero.

Garden City Police said Gonzalez and two female accomplices assaulted and threatened a witness who was set to testify in the upcoming hearings and murder trial of Navarrete. Both of the female accomplices, Kimberly D. Henson, 42, and Tawny M. Dale, 28, were arraigned today in Ada County Court. They are both in custody.

While searching for Gonzalez, police learned a female companion was helping him flee from authorities. Ericia C. Aguila, 20, of Nampa, was arrested and charged Monday night for Accessory to Felony Harboring of a Fugitive, a felony crime. She was booked into Canyon County Jail.
