On Thursday, Patrick Ellinger was sentenced to 15 years in prison and five years in-determinant. The 39-year-old is accused of picking up a passenger at a bar last month and then raping her in the back seat of his cab.
Ellinger pleaded guilty as pat of a plea agreement.
