Man found guilty of entincing teen on Internet
BOISE - A Boise man has been found guilty of enticing a child for sexual acts over the Internet.

Authorities say Todd Humiston was arrested in May at a home on the 5100 block of west Catalpa Court on a felony.

The warrant stems from an investigation that started in December of 2008. Officials say Humiston used the Internet to entice an undercover investigator from Nebraska, who Humiston believed was a 15-year-old female to engage in sexual acts.

The suspect is also accused of using a web cam to masturbate to what he thought was a 15-year-old female.

Humiston will be sentenced Feb. 10. He faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
