Idaho man sentenced for insurance fraud
BOISE - A man who defrauded his insurance company will spend two months in jail.
In August 2007, Michael Davisson reported his car was stolen outside Muggsy’s Sports Bar in Meridian.
Officers found his Lexus a short time later, upside down in a field.
Detectives say evidence, including the cell phone calls Davisson made near the location that night, did not add up.
They say the 32-year-old ended up confessing to the crime.
