Airman found dead at home identified

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho - A 366th Fighter Wing Airman was found dead in his home Sunday.

Officials with the Base said Monday that they are investigating the death of Tech. Sgt. Chris D. Carrier, 35, of Meridian. A cause of death has not been released.

Carrier is survived by his two daughters Maiya and Jadyn, as well as his mother and step-father, Claudia and Orland Badley, and siblings Juliette Badley, Orland Badley, Andrew Carrier and Tonya Badley.

Carrier was assigned to the 366th Force Support Squadron and served in the Military Personnel Section.

"Sergeant Carrier was a valued member of our team, and he will be sorely missed," said Col. Chris Short, 366th Fighter Wing commander. "We're doing everything we can to help those affected by this tragedy."
