BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Fire officials say a brush fire that started Friday night was likely caused by someone shooting a gun.

Boise BLM officials say the Prisoner Fire will likely be controlled by 6 p.m. Saturday. It grew to about 82 acres. No structures were burned.

Crews have placed structure protection equipment around one home in the area.

BLM says investigators are trying to gather information about who was shooting in the area. Anyone with information is asked to call 384-3400.
