Prosecutor to try John Bujak again

NAMPA, Idaho (KBOI) - Former Canyon County Prosecutor John Bujak will head back to court.
A special prosecutor says he's going to try Bujak again. He's accused of taking more than $235,000 of tax payer money. His last trial ended with a hung jury.
"I am disappointed that the prosecution decided to retry the case without getting everyone (bankruptcy trustee, Commissioners, me) around a negotiating table first," Bujak said on his Facebook page.
"The jury gave us good direction and I think we are missing a golden opportunity to bring an end to the political finger-pointing that started two years ago. It's time to move on and stop wasting tax payer dollars."
The new trial is expected to start in March.
