POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) - A 35-year-old Idaho man is charged with felony video voyeurism after a father reported seeing a Costco employee taking video of his son in the bathroom at the Pocatello warehouse store.

Lt. Paul Manning told KIDK-TV on Wednesday the father reported seeing James Blatter of Chubbuck using a camera that looked like a pen on Sept. 30.

The father called police. The next day, officers obtained a warrant to search Blatter's house and arrested him.

Court records show Blatter made an initial appearance on Oct. 2 and posted $30,000 bail the next day. Blatter's preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 16.
