Flooding reported in Eagle, crews bagging sand to protect homes
EAGLE, Idaho (KBOI) -- Five homes are threatened due to an abundance of standing water in Eagle.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office says the homes are near the Eagle Road and Beacon Light area. Water depth ranges from a few inches to a couple feet in the low-lying areas. There is no water on the roads.

The Treasure Valley has seen steady rain for most of the day.

The Ada County Highway District and individuals in the Ada County Sheriff's Inmate Labor Detail are at the scene helping fill sandbags and to divert the water away from the homes.
