Residents make their voices heard on Eagle terrain park
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Over a hundred people attended the county commissioners meeting Wednesday to voice their support, and opposition to the county selling land to the city of Eagle for a proposed terrain park.

Some came to the meeting dressed in snow gear with signs to show their support.

Several supports said they want the park because it would make both a summer and winter recreation site close to major cities.

Those against it, which includes several nearby residents, claim the terrain park would create too much noise and traffic.

Commissioners heard public comment for about three hours before their meeting came to a close without a decision.

They will meet with the Eagle City Council on Thursday morning to hammer out final detail and possible make a decision on whether or not to sell the land to the city.
