Police make 4th drug bust in 3 days on I-86

POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) - Idaho authorities have arrested a California man they say was transporting more than three pounds of marijuana.
The Idaho State Journal reports the arrest of 52-year-old Robert Wiuff of Sonoma is the fourth traffic stop in three days along Interstate 86 that has resulted in drug seizures.
An Idaho State Police statement says troopers stopped Wiuff near American Falls for a traffic violation Thursday and found the marijuana.
Wiuff has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The day before, police found nearly seven pounds of marijuana and eight grams of cocaine in two separate traffic stops.
On Tuesday, authorities discovered more than 11 pounds of marijuana and two pounds of hashish during a stop.

So what would be their probable cause to search? I don't see any report of probable cause..... Have these cops ever read the constitution? Specifically the 4th amendment???? They are wasting tax payer money and most likely violating the 4th now that we are the only backward state in the region that has law enforcement freaking out over a plant!Â
yeah nothing like getting out there and catching the chesters and murders wtg Idaho lets focus on the real crimeÂ
What a sad waste of law enforcement resource... It's quite obvious that times have changed and will continue to change. Instead of resisting and trying how to work against these state law changes, Idaho needs to figure out how to work WITH Washington, Colorado and other states of the like as they move forward in properly managing marijuana usage among those 21 and over.
