Idaho burning: Wildfires keep crews busy

The Thunder City Fire has burned about 128 acres both within and outside of the Frank Church River of No River Wilderness on the Payette National Forest. The nearby Bear Lake Fire, 10 miles northeast of Yellowpine, Idaho, is being allowed to burn naturally but is under active monitoring by fire crews. A public meeting will take place at the Yellowpine Community Center on Thursday, July 25, at 11 a.m.
