New snow means new runs, night skiing, tubing can open at Bogus

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - New snowfall over the weekend means new lifts and additional operations will open at Bogus Basin starting Sunday.

Pine Creek chair (#6) and Bitterroot chair (#5) will open. The Tubing Hill will be up and running, and so will night operations.

Bogus Basin is open from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and then from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for night skiing and boarding.

A full day ticket costs $49, and a half day is $39. Night tickets are $22.

The Tubing Hill is open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. You should plan to make tubing reservations online at bogusbasin.org.

The mountain is still waiting on more snow before Paradise, a popular run on Pine Creek chair (#6), can open. The Nordic Trail nights will start up on Dec. 26.
