Police say man who pointed gun at bartender turns himself in
GLENNS FERRY, Idaho - Authorities in Gem County are no longer looking for a man who 's suspected of pointing a gun at a bartender during a bar fight. Police say that he has turned himself in.
The Elmore County Sheriff's Office says Montale Lloyd Berry of Glenns Ferry got into a fight with a bar patron outside a local bar Saturday night. A bartender went outside to break up the fight and that's when police say Berry pointed a small caliber handgun at the bartender.
